heading to the finals

Last night the Lakers defeated the Spurs cinching a spot the NBA finals. This would be their first time returning since 2004. Kobe Bryant had an amazing night exploding for 39 points and he just couldn't be stop. Now the Lakers await to see who there opponents are in the series between the Celtics and Pistons. Who ever they face look for this Laker dynasty to continue and a great player in Kobe Bryant to add another ring to his legacy.

Lakers get one step closer

The Los Anglos Lakers gets another huge victory over the Spurs it was team work all game. Other players besides Kobe Bryant were able to start with early offence. Lamar Odom had 16 points, Fisher had 9 points with a huge 3 in the end of game, Paul Gasol had a double double, and Kobe had a game high 28 points. Part of the Spurs lost was the terrible play of Manui Ginobili who only scored 7 points which is terrible compared to his 30 point game in game 3 of the series. Now the Spurs find themselves in very tuff position being down 3-1 in the series and Lakers look to finish the job to advance to the NBA Finals.

In game 3 between the Lakers and Spurs, the Spurs look to keep their plaoffs hopes alive. They were hot from the strat Manu Ginobili ERUPTED with 30 points and he hit 5 threes in the frist half. The spurs offence was rolling and they ended up with a victory over the Lakers giving them their first victory of the series. The series is now 2-1 in favor of the Lakers. Kobe Bryant tried to keep his team in it with 30 points but the poor performance of Fisher and Odom caused the Lakers to fall to the Spurs on sunday night.

NBA playoffs

Last night the Boston Celtics and Detroit Pistons faced off in game 1 of the eastern confernce finals. KG was hot all game and Bostons big three combined for a 58 points giving them jus enough to beat the Pistons 88 to 79. Chancey Billups injury for the perivous series seems to be slowing him down and he only had points which is about 6 points shy of what he has been averaging in the playoffs.Knowing the Pistons you can count on them to come back with more effort in game 2 and this is sure to become a very competetive series.

NBA playoffs

There has been two huge game 7s and in one there was a moment to be remebered were Lebron James and Paul Pierce exploded. Lebron scored a game high 45 points and Paul countered with 41, and a playoff victory advanceing to face the pistons. After the game James compared him and Paul performance to Larry bird and Dominque Wilkins. Last night Spurs handle business against the Hornets and they prepare to face the hot LA lakers.
